1986 Lincoln Continental Sedan

Sold archive: 1986 Lincoln Continental Sedan

This Continental has been sold and is no longer available. Our historical photographs record a four-door Lincoln with burgundy lower bodywork, a contrasting light roof and light upholstered cabin. The existing seventeen-photo gallery remains available.

Exterior and traditional sedan layout

The photographs show the upright grille, rectangular lamps, whitewall tires and bright wheel covers. At the rear, the trunk lid carries a raised spare-wheel-style contour. Separate views show the trunk open and its carpeted luggage compartment.

Exterior close-ups record the roof treatment, side trim and visible surfaces as photographed. The archive preserves this individual car rather than representing the condition of another Continental.

Digital dashboard and cabin details

The dashboard photographs show a green digital speedometer and odometer, wood-look trim and a column-mounted automatic-transmission selector. Front-seat and rear-seat views record the light upholstery and broad seating arrangement.

Close views also show the door-mounted window switches, overhead controls, vanity mirrors and center audio and climate-control panels. These details describe the photographed equipment; they do not establish its present operation.

Historical identity and mileage

The original vehicle record identifies this as a 1986 Lincoln Continental with a 5.0-liter V8. A photographed 1986 Lincoln Continental owner guide accompanies the source material.

The digital odometer photograph shows 48,283.6 miles. The existing whole-mile specification of 48,283 is retained. This is a past displayed reading, not current mileage or a guarantee of total distance traveled.
