Buy with a clearer picture

Good questions come before a good purchase.

Use this as a starting checklist, then investigate the exact vehicle and its intended use.

01

Define your must-haves

Write down how you’ll use it, who or what it must carry, where it needs to fit and the equipment you cannot compromise on. Separate essentials from preferences.

Build your shortlist
  • Required seating, accessibility, cargo space or body dimensions.
  • Fuel, drivetrain, transmission and equipment preferences.
  • Budget for the vehicle, transport, taxes, inspection and initial service.
  • How far you can travel and when you need the vehicle.
02

Inspect the exact vehicle

Photos and walkarounds help you prepare. They do not replace an independent inspection by someone familiar with that type of vehicle.

What to look closer at
  • Match the VIN and identification labels to the documents.
  • Review service records, title history and recorded mileage or operating hours.
  • Request clear underside, frame, leak and rust-area photographs.
  • Ask about warning lights, cold starting, brakes, tires and operation of fitted equipment.
  • Arrange an independent inspection before committing when possible.
03

Ask before you commit

Resolve the important unknowns before bidding or traveling. Get answers about condition, paperwork, included equipment and collection arrangements.

Questions worth asking
  • What is known to need repair, and what has recently been repaired?
  • When were the photos and mileage reading recorded?
  • Can I arrange an inspection and see the equipment operating?
  • Which accessories, keys and records are included?
  • What fees, payment deadlines and pickup requirements apply?
  • What must I verify for registration, insurance and my intended use?

Something specific in mind?

Tell us what you’re looking for.

You don’t need to know every specification. Tell us what the vehicle needs to do—or describe the exact model, body or unusual configuration you’re trying to find.

  1. Send your wish list. Share your essentials, budget range and timing.
  2. We’ll discuss the details. Cars-Global will review your request and clarify what matters most.
  3. Agree on the next step. Availability and any sourcing fees are discussed before a commitment.

This starts a conversation, not an order or a guarantee that a particular vehicle can be located.
