Sold archive: red 1986 Volkswagen Cabriolet
This Volkswagen has been sold and is no longer available. Our original photo album records a red Cabriolet with a black folding roof, contrasting body trim and red-accented wheels. Exterior views show the roof both raised and folded behind the passenger compartment.
Open-top cabin and contrasting upholstery
The seats combine red bolsters with light-colored center panels. Matching door panels carry diagonal red accents, manual window cranks and dark armrests. Separate front seats and a rear bench sit beneath the fixed central roll bar.
The dashboard photographs show an automatic transmission selector, analog instruments, an audio head unit and three auxiliary gauges below the central controls. Five selected photos introduce the front exterior, roof-down view, front cabin, rear seating and odometer. These describe the vehicle as photographed without certifying present equipment operation.
Verified identification and historical mileage
The photographed VIN plate reads WVWCA0156GK016156. NHTSA decoding identifies a 1986 Volkswagen Cabriolet with a 1.78-liter gasoline engine.
The six-digit mechanical odometer displays 59,824 miles. This is a historical indicated reading, rather than independent verification of lifetime mileage. The actual sale date is unknown.
